Now I know there is hope for all the various articles of junk I collect - Sometimes you just need someone to show you that you're not crazy and that there is a mission to your madness. I believe I have found that someone.....Her name is TAYA DORO MITCHELL and she is my new hero! What an interesting story she has. Please do read about her HERE.
But to truly see what I'm so over the top in love with you have to see THIS video. I'm just in awe of what she has done! What an inspiration! What a talent!

I commented on another post a minute ago and have recovered somewhat from the beauty of your pieces and wanted to tell you something you probably already know. I live in Barranquilla, Colombia where the streets in this city of over 2.5 million were built in the arroyos coming down from the hills. So now...we have - in some areas - 5 foot high sidewalks to keep your knees out of the arroyos peligroso which if you're unfortunate (as many are every year) can and will carry you and/or your vehicle down into the shark infested waters of Rio Magdalena...where few are ever recovered. Ouch...didn't mean to paint such a horrible picture, but this third world country has opened my eyes to many things.

I need to get out to Thieves Market again on the Cave Creek East side. I'm a Member of the Desert Botanical Gardens and the next time you're going to be showing your Art there let me know because I'd LOVE to see it in person...
